1Definitions & Interpretation

9Account Termination & Closure

A vw2 account can be terminated in two ways:

Voluntary Closure by User: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the vw2 support team. Before the account is closed, you must settle all active bets and withdraw any remaining cash balance. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited.

Closure by vw2: vw2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately without prior notice if:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
